Where we deliver

PetNourish is launching with delivery to the United States. Australian and other international delivery is currently unavailable. Delivery availability is confirmed for your address at checkout.

Shipping charges

Standard US delivery is free for our Silicone Slow Feeder Bowl (12 oz), MateeyLife Small Lick Mats (2-pack), Comotech Paw Cleaning Kit (7 pieces, medium blue), and Qbily Reusable Pet Hair Remover Set (3-pack) wherever an eligible delivery option is offered at checkout. Any delivery charge for other items is shown before payment. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

Processing and estimated delivery

For these four featured products, please allow up to 5 business days for processing and an estimated 2–5 additional business days in transit within the contiguous United States. Allow approximately 7–10 business days overall. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates; stock, carrier delays and your delivery address can affect timing.

For Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, military addresses or PO boxes, availability and timing may differ. Contact us before ordering if you need delivery to one of these addresses or by a particular date. We do not currently promise express or next-day delivery.

Tracking and separate parcels

Our fulfilment partners ship orders directly to you. We will send tracking details when they become available; the first carrier scan may take time to appear. Items in the same order may arrive in separate parcels on different days.

Address changes, delays and missing parcels

Please check your delivery address before paying. Contact us immediately if it needs correcting; changes may not be possible once processing begins. If delivery is late, tracking stops updating, or an order is marked delivered but cannot be found, contact PetNourish so we can investigate with the fulfilment partner and arrange an appropriate resolution. If we cannot supply your order, we will notify you and refund the unavailable item and any applicable delivery charge.
